Prosecution Experience:
Zaki Ali has served as a Deputy Prosecutor for Madison County, Anderson, Indiana. As a Deputy Prosecutor, Mr. Ali prosecuted dead beat parents who refused to pay child support. Mr. Ali successfully tried over 50 cases on behalf of the State of Indiana.
Prior to becoming Deputy Prosecutor in Madison County, Mr. Ali worked with the Indiana State Attorney General's Office. Mr. Ali spearheaded the internet gambling / fraud investigation, prosecuted cases before the Administrative Boards and Courts, and recovered over $340,000 in penalties, fines and complaints.
